| Today Richmond Funeral Home, "your caring neighbor in stormy times" launched its' state of the art web site, ushering in a new level of excellence in funeral service. The site's "Frequently Asked Questions" section will provide Staten Island families with the most detailed source of information on issues such as Medicaid, pre-planning, cremation, funeral costs and other consumer issues relating to funeral planning. Other unique features include the site's "Obituary" and "Condolences" sections and an on-line funeral arrangement form which allows users the ability to plan a funeral in the privacy of their homes, without the anxiety of visiting the funeral home before need arises.
The funeral home's owners, August A. Tolomie and James A. Kinsella, Jr wanted a site designed to offer visitors with questions about funerals a comprehensive resource tool as well as to inform people of the firm's "family owned" tradition in providing caring, personalized service to the Staten Island community.
